Final Fantasy X-2 Info And Media Update

Square Electronic Arts LLC today confirmed that Final Fantasy X-2 for the PlayStation 2 will indeed be released on this side of the Pacific. The first ever direct sequel to a Final Fantasy game is expected to become the biggest selling game of the year, when it will be released in Japan on March 13th 2003. The game will feature the Job Wheel System, which was first introduced in Final Fantasy Tactics and as a first in the series an all-female cast. One of the new job classes is 'Pop Star', which can be attained via the Job Wheel system.

Final Fantasy X-2 has yet to receive a definite US release date. Check out RPGFan's newly updated screen shots gallery for the game in the meantime.
