Square will reveal additional details about Final Fantasy X-2 in next week's edition of V-JUMP magazine. The head of the New Yevon movement is a polite and mild 20-year old, named Balalai. Furthermore, another young member of the Al-Bhed has been revealed to be a cheerful and lively 18-year old by the name of Gippl. He heads the Machina faction, which unlike the New Yevon movement aims for an age dominated by technical progess and machinery. In the game it is apparently possible to change dresses (and hence jobs) by using a so-called result plate. Also, new jobs for the three main characters were unveiled: Dark Gunner (Yuna), Black Mage (Rikku) and Samurai (Yuna).
Final Fantasy X-2 will be released in Japan on March 13th 2003. The game carries a price tag of 7,800 yen (64.31USD).
