Enix has shipped an initial 600,000 copies of its highly-anticipated RPG Star Ocean: Till The End of Time to retail stores across Japan.Customers who are experiencing any lock-ups caused by a bug while playing the game are advised to call either Enix's costumer support hotline or Sony Computer Entertainment's Information Center.
