Marvelous Entertainment has acquired the game software division of Victor, Victor Interactive. The two companies will merge into a new company named Marvelous Interactive. Under the deal, Marvelous Entertainment has acquired a 55% stake in Victor Interactive. Marvelous chairman Haruki Nakayama will serve as the new company's president.Victor Interactive's line-up of titles includes the popular Harvest Moon series and the PlayStation 2 RPG Reavel Fantasia. Marvelous Entertainment has been responsible for the development of the Sister Princess series.
