Following Square's better than expected financial results for the fiscal year ending today due to strong sales of Final Fantasy X-2 in Japan and Kingdom Hearts in North America, the merger-related grant for one Square share has been increased from 30 yen (0.25USD) to 69 yen (0.58USD).Square has posted a consolidated net profit of 11.5 billion yen (95.97million USD), compared to earlier projections of 4.8 billion yen (40.06 million USD).
Square shares were traded at 1,484 yen (12.38USD) at the Tokyo Stock Exchange at the end of today's trading session.
