Aquaplus will publish Leaf's To Heart 2 in Japan next year. The game will be produced by Naoya Shimokawa (who will also be part of the team of composers) and directed by Tsutomu Shiumi. Character designers include Misato Mitsumi, Hisashi Kawata, Itsuki Kanro and Takeshi Nakamura. The team of composers will be made up of the previously mentioned Naoya Shimokawa, Junya Matsuoka, Shinya Ishikawa and Kazuhide Nakagami.To Heart 2 for the PlayStation 2 will be available in Japan sometime in spring 2004.
