Video Game Music Symphony Concert in Germany Announced

During this year's edition of the GC - Games Convention in the East German city of Leipzig, the world's first symphonic game music concert featuring Japanese and western game music, will take place on August 20th. Performed by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra and Andy Brick, the concert will offer 90 minutes of pure game music, ranging from Final Fantasy to Medal of Honor to Splinter Cell to Primal.

Taking place at Leipzig's Gewandhaus, the concert will start at 8PM local time. Tickets will be available online starting next Monday for as little as 5 euros (5.80USD) for students.
Along with ECTS, GC - Games Convention is one of Europe's largest video game conventions.
