Tengai Makyou Fan Event Report
07.07.03 - 5:29 PM

Today, a special Tengai Makyou (Far East of Eden) fan event was held in Tokyo. Present were series mastermind Ouji Hiroi, Hudson president Hiroshi Kudou, composer Kazuhiko Katou as well as two voice actresses. Famous conductor Yukata Sado, who is involved in the composition of Tengai Makyou III's soundtrack, spoke to the fans via video message. Hiroi was asking the 300 fans who gathered in Tokyo's hot spring facility Ooedo Onsen Monogatari, to look forward to Tengai Makyou III, which will be available "by the time the snow has stopped falling next year" as he put it. Kudou urged fans to enjoy playing the PlayStation 2 and GameCube remake of Tengai Makyou II, which was originally released 11 years ago for the PC Engine, in the meantime. Of course, Hudson also showed off the newest demo movies of the two titles on a large video screen.

Tengai Makyou II Manjimaru will be available for GameCube and PlayStation 2 on September 25th and October 2nd respectively. Tengai Makyou III Namida will be released in early 2004.
