Banpresto has revealed new tidbits of information regarding its upcoming PlayStation 2 simulation RPG Summon Night 3. Unlike most other games, the third installment of the popular series will feature treasure chest directly on the battle field. These chests contain so-called Summon Night Stones, capable of creating new summon techniques when being synthesized with other items. Sadly, the precious stones tend to have the bad habit of disappearing after the creation. Hence opening all treasure chests to re-stock your supply is a key element in the game.Summon Night 3 will be available in Japan on August 7th, carrying a price tag of 6,800 yen ($57.74 US).
