Sega has announced the names of its seven new internal Japanese development studios. Below you will find a list of the new studios, including the names of the current teams they are made up of, as well as their field of specialty:Sonic Team (composed of Sonic Team and United Game Artists) - Development of games for light users
Hitmaker (Hitmaker and Sega Rosso) - Titles for Next Generation Consoles
WOW Works (tentative) (WOW Entertainment and Overworks) - Next generation titles aimed at all audiences
Amusement Vision (Amusement Vision and Smilebit) - Development of titles which heavily incorporate movies, etc.
Sega AM2 (Sega AM2) - Development of titles aimed at Sega's core fanbase
Cinematic Online Games (tentative) - Development of blockbuster titles, headed by Yu Suzuki
Smilebit (Parts of Smilebit and Amusement Vision) - Development of sports titles
