Banpresto has announced first details regarding the newest installment of its popular Super Robot Taisen series. Titled Super Robot Taisen Scramble Commander, the PlayStation 2 title will be available in two months. The simulation battles will be fought in 3D and real-time. This time, the mecha units' size will be realistic. Furthermore, the developers will cooperate with the team behind Zeonic Front on the battle system.
Super Robot Taisen Scramble Commander will be available in Japan on October 30th, retailing for 7,800 yen (65.91 USD). Those who pre-order the game will be treated to a 58-page material collection.
