While news on Baten Kaitos from TGS is still forthcoming, MonolithSoft has updated the website of their upcoming GameCube RPG with a video of the game's battle system. This is the first chance for gamers to get an idea of how the battles work, in addition to hearing the music and seeing the fluid animation, flashy spells and... floating girls in very colorful clothing.The MPEG video is available here, in both small (3.02 MB) and large (7.80 MB) formats.
Baten Kaitos is due for release in Japan on December 5th, with a North American release expected in 2004. In the meantime, look for more coverage as TGS progresses.
