New Final Fantasy XI US Information
09.28.03 - 12:26 AM

Square Enix has released a new benchmark called Vana'diel Bench 2 to analyze how well players' computers are prepared for the Windows version of Final Fantasy XI. The download will also include a demo mode, high resolution visuals and a map from the expansion Rise of the Zilart for viewing. To download this new benchmark, follow the link provided below.

Furthermore, Square Enix USA has adopted a new policy, according to which the company can demand beta testers to return their software kits within two weeks upon request. Failing to do so within the two week time period will lead to damage charges being brought up against the respective users.

The PC version of Final Fantasy XI will be available in the US in November, with the PlayStation 2 version following suit in March 2004.
