Square Enix Offers New Star Ocean 3: DC Cellphone Service

Starting today, Square Enix is offering an i-mode and EZ Web based service allowing players to download Star Ocean: Till The End of Time Director's Cut wallpapers onto their cellphones. The service will not only allow the user to choose a character, but also to customize the outfit the way he or she sees fit. The monthly fee has been fixed at 300 yen ($2.73 US).
