Square Enix Opens Kingdom Hearts: Chains of Memories Site

Square Enix has opened the official website for its Jupiter-developed Game Boy Advance title Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (link below).

As previously reported, the sequel to the popular PlayStation 2 title will take Sora to the Castle of Oblivion. Inside, players will be able to experience action-oriented game play similar to that of the original title, with one exception: The addition of a card battle element. During battle, an enemy card will pop up. By stacking the same card on the enemies as quickly as possible, the player can deal massive damage to his foes. By using two or three cards, the power of an attack can be increased. Cards can also be used to call upon your friends to aid Sora in combat. Once an enemy is defeated he drops goodies, similar to the original game.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories will be available in Japan sometime in 2004.
