Kid Announces Two New Projects
01.28.04 - 3:21 PM

Kid has announced its two newest titles, Colorful Box and Pizzicato Polka - Suisei Hengen. The former will be available exclusively for PlayStation 2, whereas the latter will be released for both PlayStation 2 and Dreamcast. Colorful Box is a love adventure title, set against the background of a school festival. No information has been released on which kind of updates or enhancements the new version might feature, compared the original PC release.

Pizzicato Polka will feature an orthodox story progression, but requires the players to play through the game multiple times to see all endings. While this is common in the genre, in the case of Pizzicato Polka the player will see only one particular ending on his or her first play-through. On consecutive play-throughs the ending sequence will differ. Compared to the PC version, the two console releases will boast an original scenario as well as updated visuals.

Colorful Box and Pizzicato Polka - Suisei Hengen are both listed for a release sometime this year.
