Analysts Predict Big Year for Namco

Analysts at Japan Global Securities predict that Namco will release new installments in most of its most successful franchises, such as Tekken 5 and a new Tales title during the next fiscal year starting on April 1st. Namco executives previously had already hinted at the release of a new Tales game this year. The company also plans to ship the Monolith Soft-developed Xenosaga Episode II: Jenseits von Gut und Boese in Japan sometime in June. Namco might be trying very hard to achieve a particularly successful year, seeing that the fiscal year 2004/2005 marks the 50th anniversary of the company's foundation.
