Final Fantasy i and Dragon Quest i Service To Start Next Week
02.23.04 - 12:28 PM

Square Enix has announced that its Final Fantasy i and Dragon Quest i service will be available in Japan starting March 1st. Apart from wallpapers and ringtones, the service will also offer the download of the cell phone versions of the 8-bit classics Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest. The download will cost 500 yen ($4.59 US) and requires a FOMA900i series cell phone from NTT DoCoMo. Users of the N900i and P900i models will be able to play the two games for free, as they are pre-installed on these newest DoCoMo cell phone models (the N900i coming with Dragon Quest, the P900i with Final Fantasy).
