Funcom Teams Up with Alienware

Oslo, Norway-based developer and publisher Funcom has inked a cross marketing and product placement agreement with PC maker Alienware. As part of the agreement, Funcom's newest expansion to its award-winning MMORPG Anarchy Online, Alien Invasion will be developed and displayed on Alienware PCs. In addition, the "Developed by Alienware" logo will be seen in-game as well as on retail boxes and various marketing materials. Further details of the deal have yet to be disclosed.

Anarchy Online: Alien Invasion will be available in the US sometime this summer. Look for more details on the follow-up of last year's Shadowlands expansion pack and Dreamfall, the long awaited sequel to The Long Journey to surface at E3 in early May.
