Tengai Makyou III Becomes PlayStation 2 Exclusive

Hudson has apparently abandoned the GameCube release of Tengai Makyou III: Namida and is now focusing its resources solely on the PlayStation 2 version. The company has yet to issue an official statement detailing its decision, though. Last year's remake of Tengai Makyou II: Manji Maru was released for both GameCube and PlayStation 2, on September 25th and October 2nd respectively. The PlayStation 2 remake has sold more than 160,000 copies in Japan, whereas the GameCube release generated sales of 26,000 copies.
