Pokémon Fire Red & Leaf Green Get US Release
04.02.04 - 6:20 PM

Nintendo has announced that the GBA remakes of the original Pokémon titles, Pokémon Fire Red & Leaf Green, will be released in North America this September. Just like the Japanese release of the game, each version will come packaged with the GBA Wireless Adapter, allowing players to compete with each other wirelessly. The Wireless Adapter will also be sold separately, although it is not a replacement for the standard link cable, and so far, the only other title to make use of it will be Nintendo's own Mario Golf: Advance Tour releasing in June.

Pokémon Fire Red & Leaf Green have sold more than 2 million copies in Japan since their release in late January. Look for more on the games soon, and don't forget to take a look at our gallery below.
