Dragon Quest V Shipment Tops 1.5 Million Units

Square Enix has shipped more than 1.5 million copies of Dragon Quest V: Tenguu no Hanayome for PlayStation 2 to retailers across Japan. This makes the Arte Piazza-developed title the best-selling Dragon Quest remake to date. Sales figures are not lacking far behind, as 1.4 million out of the 1.5 million shipped copies have already been sold.Below you will find the shipment figures for previous remakes: Dragon Quest I and II, Super Famicom, 1993, 1.20 million copies
