Suikoden IV Battle System Details Revealed

Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo has announced some new details regarding the battle system of its PlayStation 2 RPG Suikoden IV. The use of the runes will once again determine the outcome of a battle in the fourth Suikoden installment. If multiple characters are using their runes at the same time, their effect will multiply. That way, players can for instance increase the power and effectiveness of their magic spells.Suikoden IV will be released in Japan on August 19th. The standard version will be available for 6,980 yen ($64.05 US), whereas the limited edition will cost 9,480 yen ($87.00 US).
