New Front Mission Online Details Revealed

Square Enix is apparently aiming to commence the beta testing phase of Front Mission Online this summer. The game will allow players to fight mech battles alone and in groups. Group battles in the PlayOnline-based PlayStation 2 and PC title will be reminiscent of their MMORPG couterparts, as multiple players can join together to form a platoon.Front Mission Online will be released in Japan sometime next year.
