E3: Matrix Online to be Co-Published by Sega

Warner Bros. Interactive and Sega today signed an agreement to co-publish the Monolith Productions-developed MMORPG, The Matrix Online. Sega will be in charge of the MMORPG's distribution, while Warner Bros. will be overseeing content development and management of live game operations. The game's continued development progress and marketing will be supervised by both companies. Earlier this year, Ubi Soft opted out of its publishing contract for the title, leaving Warner Bros. as the title's sole publisher. The Matrix Online will be released sometime in November.
