E3: The Legend of Zelda Gallery
05.22.04 - 12:15 PM

As most people know, Nintendo announced a new Legend of Zelda title for the GameCube at their pre-E3 press conference. Taking the not-so-subtle hints from fans clamoring for a new Zelda in the vein of the Spaceworld 2000 demo, as opposed to a new cel-shaded one, Nintendo aims to deliver what everyone's been waiting for.

Not convinced? Take a look at our brand-new gallery featuring 48 screen shots along with one high resolution piece of artwork for Link and see for yourself.

Much like The Wind Waker before it, this new game does not yet have a subtitle, and Nintendo is calling it simply "The Legend of Zelda." Hopefully it'll get a final title sooner rather than later before its release. While some retailers are listing release dates of this November for the game, the word from Nintendo is sometime early 2005, which is a safer and more logical date to go by.
