Princess Soft Announces Love Doll: Lovely Idol for PS2
05.30.04 - 12:15 PM

Princess Soft has announced its newest PlayStation 2 project. Titled Love Doll: Lovely Idol, the adventure/simulation hybrid will be based on the popular series of the same name published in Enterbrain's Magical Cute magazine. The player will assume the role of a manager for a group of 12 rookie idols. In this position, he or she has to listen to the various problems of the young girls, while trying to make top stars out of them.

Love Doll: Lovely Idol will be released in Japan sometime this year. The standard version will be available for 6,800 yen ($61.67 US), while the first print limited edition will cost 7,800 yen ($70.74 US). The latter will ship with an original drama CD.
