SpeedTree RT Powers Warhammer Online

Warhammer Online Ltd. today announced that the company is using IDV's SpeedTree RT middleware tool to create the environments of Warhammer Online. SpeedTree RT is a tool that allows developers to easily create low-polygon, realistic trees and plants.Warhammer Online is a joint venture set up by Warhammer creators Games Workshop and Climax Entertainment aimed at designing and developing a MMORPG of the same name. In Europe, Sega is acting as the title's publisher. Warhammer Online will be released sometime this year.
