EA Ends Ultima X: Odyssey Development

Electronic Arts has announced that it has discontinued the development of Ultima X: Odyssey. While the company did not give specific reasons, producer David Yee revealed that the company wants to focus its attention and resources on Ultima Online. Therefore, development team members of Odyssey will be moved to work on the Ultima Online expansion pack, a so far unannounced new Ultima Online project, or join the Ultima Online live team.
