Ubi Soft has announced that it will act as European publisher for the PC version of Square Enix's MMORPG Final Fantasy XI. The highly popular title's European version will contain its two expansion packs Rise of Zilart and Chains of Promathia upon its release on the Old Continent.

Final Fantasy XI will be released in Europe sometime this September. In Japan and the US, where the game's PlayStation 2 and PC version are already available, the upcoming second expansion Chains of Promathia will be sold individually. It will be released simultaneously in both territories on September 21st.
