Ubi Soft Posts Solid First Quarter Results

Ubi Soft has posted sales of 62.50 million euro ($75.31 million US) for the first three months of the current fiscal year 2004/2005. While sales were down by 6.5% compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and the PC title Far Cry proved to be very popular. For the second quarter, the French company projects sales between 52 million ($62.66 million US) and 55 million euro ($66.28 million US). Among the titles to be published during the current three months period will be Square Enix's PlayStation 2 RPG Star Ocean: Till The End of Time, which will be available in North America on August 31st.
