Sony Computer Entertainment Announces PS2, PSP Line-Up for TGS

Sony Computer Entertainment has come forward with a new list of PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable titles to be on exhibit at its Tokyo Game Show booth later this month. While the list of PlayStation 2 titles has grown to eight, three of them being RPGs, the company is not as forthcoming when it comes to information regarding software for its handheld, the PlayStation Portable. Only four first-party offerings have been confirmed to make an appearance at Tokyo Game Show, all of which have already been announced earlier this year. Since the company mentioned that multiple titles would be shown in Chiba and touted the huge amount of support the handheld was receiving from third parties, it looks as if we have to wait for the beginning of the show on September 24th to get a comprehensive look at the full PSP line-up.

This year's edition of Tokyo Game Show will be organized by the Japanese Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association (CESA) and run from September 24th through 26th.
