Nobunaga's Ambition Online User Base Reaches 100,000

Koei has announced that the number of registered users playing its PlayStation 2 and PC MMORPG Nobunaga's Ambition Online has passed 100,000. As of October 31st, the company has registered 102,000 users, 56,000 active accounts and up to 23,000 users playing online simultaneously. To commemorate this success, Koei will hold an in-game event called Great Thanksgiving Festival from November 17th through December 15th. Players who get their hands on a campaign item called Pearl Rice can enter a sweepstakes and 100 lucky winners will be rewarded with five kilogramms of high-quality Koshi Hikari rice. In addition to this very practical reward, Koei also plans to give away certain commemorative in-game items.
