Namco Hometek Opens English Xenosaga Episode II Website

Namco Hometek has opened the official website for its Monolith Soft-developed RPG sequel Xenosaga Episode II: Jenseits von Gut und Boese. The English website for the highly anticipated second episode of Tetsuya Takahashi's RPG saga features background information on story and characters, downloadable wallpapers as well as a sweepstakes. One of the first 1,000 visitors who registers for the contest will win a PlayStation 2 memory card containing saved games, levelled up characters and clear data to unlock a special feature in Xenosaga Episode II. Following this week's launch of the official website, Namco will add an enhanced flash site, more sweepstakes, downloadable ringtones and wallpapers for your cellphone as well as a fan site kit.Xenosaga Episode II: Jenseits von Gut und Boese will be released on February 15th, 2005. The game was originally released in Japan on June 24th and has sold about 250,000 copies.
