LotR: Fellowship of the Ring Reader Review
12.04.04 - 9:19 PM

Yes, there were Lord of the Rings titles before Electronic Arts worked on them. These dark days have since passed. You probably have heard of Black Label's Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring RPG, released two years ago. You may have then tried to forget the game's mere existence, once it was learned that without a 'workaround,' it was actually impossible to finish for some people due to a game-crashing bug.

If this is all new to you, you're in luck - depending on your definition of the word. Former editor and once-again reader reviewer Andrew DeMario (aka Slime) has submitted his thoughts on the game, and they're not overwhelmingly positive (go figure). Take a look at his review below, and don't forget: If you'd like to submit a review of your own, read our horrifically-long Review FAQ.
