New Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song Details Announced

Square Enix has released some new details regardings its upcoming PlayStation 2 remake Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song. While characters in RPGs usually gain experience points after successfully completing a battle and then levelling up upon obtaining a certain amount of experience points, director and producer Akitoshi Kawazu and his team have chosen a different approach with their newest title. Depending on the player's actions in battle, a character's various statistics will increase. Since it is up to the player how to use a certain character, the game will allow for a great deal of customization.Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song will be available in Japan sometime in spring 2005.
