Konami Announces Ys VI PS2 Release Details

Konami has announced first details regarding the release of Ys VI - The Ark of Napishtim for PlayStation 2. The console version of the popular Nihon Falcom-developed RPG will be available in Japan on March 10th 2005. The first print of the game will include a special soundtrack and come in a clear-colored package. The limited edition will come with an original pocket watch and a special booklet, all neatly packed into one special box. The former will be available for 6,800 yen ($65.67 USD), while the limited edition will retail for 8,800 yen ($84.98 USD).

Ys VI - The Ark of Napishtim will also be released for PlayStation Portable on January 20th 2005 for 4,800 yen ($46.35 USD). Ys VI will see a release in the US for the PlayStation 2 in the first half of 2005.
