01.23.05 - 10:33 PM

Genki has revealed its first Nintendo DS-based title in Japan. The adventure game carries the title Tantei Kibukawa Ryousuke Jikentan: Kamen Genei Satsujin Jiken. In the game, players assume the role of scenario writer Masao Kurumi. Masao is helping Idzuna Sagishima, who works as an assitant in a detective's bureau to solve difficult cases.

This new DS game is not the first Tantei Kibukawa Ryousuke Jikentan title, as numerous cellphone-based installments of the series are already available in Japan.

Tantei Kibukawa Ryousuke Jikentan: Kamen Genei Satsujin Jiken will be released in Japan on March 24th for 4,800 yen ($46.77 US).
