Takara President Satou to Step Down in March

Takara today announced that its 47-year old president Keita Satou would resign from his current position at the end of March and move on to become company chairman. His successor will be vice president Nobuyuki Okude. Following Takara's acquisition of a 32% stake in Atlus, the 60-year old became president and CEO of Atlus in June 2003. Apparently, he will continue to serve as Atlus' top executive even after today's promotion.
