Final Fantasy II Cellphone Bundle Goes on Sale in Japan

Square Enix has announced, that the upcoming cellphone adaption of its classic Famicom title Final Fantasy II will come pre-installed on NTT DoCoMo's P901i series cellphone. Compared to last year's GameBoy Advance version, this newest version of the 1987 classic features improved visuals.

The P901i is the newest addition to NTT DoCoMo's FOMA 901i series of high-end cellphones, which has become the platform of choice for most game developers in Japan since its debut last year. The P901i has gone on sale in Japan on February 4th.

Owners of other 901i series models will be able to download the game to their cellphones later this month.
