Shoujo Yoshitsuneden 2 Heading for May Release in Japan
02.22.05 - 2:59 PM

WellMade has announced Shoujo Yoshitsuneden 2: Koku wo Koeru Chigiri for the PlayStation 2. In this sequel to the 2003 PlayStation 2 strategy RPG, players will control a strong man travelling with a female Minamoto no Yoshitsune through Japan during the Heian period (794-1192 AD). In battle, the camera will now allow players a quarter view on the action, compared to the prequel's top view.

Shoujo Yoshitsuneden 2: Koku wo Koeru Chigiri will be released in Japan sometime in May. The standard edition will be available for 4,980 yen ($47.18 US), while the special edition will retail for 7,200 yen ($68.21 US). The latter will ship with a copy of Shoujo Yoshitsune Suzume: Benkei no Nakidokoro for PlayStation 2.
