Tooru Katamoto Becomes Sammy President

Sammy has announced that vice chairman Tooru Katamoto has been appointed company president today. A company veteran who joined Sammy in 1978, Katamoto will replace Kenkichi Yoshida. Citing health issues, Yoshida also resigned from his director positions at Sega Sammy Holdings and Sammy Networks. Company founder Hajime Satomi will retain his current positions as chairman and president of Sega Sammy Holdings.
