Troika Closes Its Doors
03.01.05 - 12:21 AM

Troika founder Leon Boyarski has announced that his studio will be shutting down. Troika produced three games in it's tenure: Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura, Temple of Elemental Evil, and Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. The announcement did not rule out a resurrected Troika; however, the staff has been fanned out among the gaming industry to other developers, from Mythic Entertainment to Obsidian.

Troika was most known for their avant-garde but buggy games. They will be missed as one of the few remaining classical PC RPG producers in today's gaming market.
