New Grandia III Details Announced

New details regarding the newest installment of GameArts's popular Grandia series have been made available in Japan. Grandia III will feature 3D environments as well as new systems. Yuuki, the game's protagonist is admiring a legendary pilot known as King of the Flight Schmitt. The heroine Alfina is a hard-working girl, no matter how much hardship she is facing. The third character, Emelius was raised together with Alfina. He was raised to become a Godlike person, after attending the Advent to the Holy Beast ceremony. However, he mysteriously disappeared three years ago.Grandia III will be available in Japan in summer 2005. A possible US release date has yet to be announced.
