Kadokawa Shoten Bringing Canvas 2 to PS2
04.11.05 - 8:36 PM

Kadokawa Shoten has announced Canvas 2 for PlayStation 2. This love adventure will be a remake of F&C's PC-based title which was originally released in Japan in April 2004.

The game's protagonist is an art teacher who originally dreamed of becoming an artist. Following the disappointment of not being able to realize this dream, he is not even able to think about things he likes anymore. Canvas 2's story centers around the interaction between this protagonist and the following five heroines: first-year student Elis Housen, the school's physical education teacher and old friend of the protagonist Kiri Kikiyou as well as second-year student Kana Higano. Furthermore, there is also the third year-student Sumira Misaki, who happens to be the younger sister of the original Canvas' Aya Misaki, and Saya Saginomiya, the chairwoman of the school's board.

Canvas 2 for PlayStation 2 will be available in Japan sometime this fall.
