New Sakura Taisen V Details Announced

Sega has released some new information regarding its upcoming PlayStation 2 title Sakura Taisen V: Saraba Itoshiki Hito yo. While Sega WOW and Red Entertainment had previously stated that the game will feature an enhanced version of the series' Live Interactive Picture System (L.I.P.S.), details were missing, at least until today. The newest incarnation of the system will be called Stick L.I.P.S. As the name suggests, players can control this system with the PlayStation 2 pad's two analogue sticks. Players then have to move those two sticks in accordance with with two arrows dispalyed on the screen.Sakura Taisen V: Saraba Itoshiki Hito yo will be released in Japan on July 7th. The standard version will available for 7,800 yen ($73.68 US), while the limited edition Showtime Box will cost 14,000 yen ($132.50 US).
