Pre-E3: Bandai Announces .hack//G.U.

Bandai Games has announced the title .hack//G.U. for release on the PlayStation 2 in 2006. From a series that's sold 1.7 million copies worldwide, the newest game in the .hack lineage will feature a new cast of characters and an original storyline.Developed by CyberConnect2, the developers of the first four .hack games, .hack//G.U. will run in Bandai's E3 booth from 11AM to 2PM all three days of the tradeshow. Both Kazunori Ito and Yoshiyuki Sadamoto will return for the game.
