E3: New Content for Guild Wars
05.20.05 - 11:22 AM

Recently released in North America, Guild Wars is one of the best selling titles from NCSoft. ArenaNet told RPGFan that the new chapter, Sorrow's Furnace, will be released in the first half of 2006, including new story content and new continents. The new chapter will probably release for just below the price of the original game. In the meantime however, players can look forward to free expanded content such as observer mode, which will allow players to watch ongoing matches, new character customisation options, and an upcoming Guild Wars tournament, where players can compete for real prizes. The tournament will be broadcast using traditional media, but also through the new observer mode once it releases.
