E3: RPGFan Takes A Look At Dragon Quest VIII

Square Enix had a chance to chat with RPGFan about the upcoming RPG Dragon Quest VIII. Likely you've read WooJin Lee's import review of the game, but Square Enix was kind enough to expand on the changes for the US Version.The majority of the changes come with the game's equipment format and UI interface. Most equipment has been given an icon in the menu and players are free to more easily select gear. In the Level-5 developed Dragon Quest VIII, there will be no overworld loading and the entire game will be voice acted. Dragon Quest VIII will be available later this year.
