New .hack//fragment Details Announced

Bandai has updated the official website of its upcoming PlayStation 2 RPG .hack//fragment. The CyberConnect 2-developed game can be played both on- and offline. Currently, the following 14 characters set to make an appearance in the game have been confirmed: Returning from the original .hack series of PlayStation 2 games are protagonist Kite, heroine Black Rose, Balmung, Elk and Mia. They will be joined by Ginkan, Subaru, Mimiru, Tsukasa, Sora, BT and Bear from the animation .hack//SIGN as well as the successors to Kaite and Black Rose, Syugo and Rena (originally from the manga .hack//Tasogare no Udewa Densetsu)..hack//fragment will be available in Japan on November 23rd for 6,800 yen ($62.03 US).
